Return Policy
Our online store complies with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's terms and conditions of distance selling. The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of the sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale of the product. In return situations, please contact sales@billiardsky.net by email.
Special orders and discounted products are non-refundable.
The product must be kept in the same condition as at the time of sale and the customer must pay the return costs. The costs incurred by the supplier shall be deducted from the amount to be refunded. In case of return, the refund will be made to the used payment method.
Product error
If the delivered product is damaged, you can report a defect in the product and leave the damaged product in the so-called "defect report". as a customer return to the post office or Matkahuolto (see above the right to return the product). In this case, you do not have to pay a return fee. At the same time, please use the cancellation form above to indicate whether you are returning the product and whether you want the money back, or if you wish to send a similar product to replace the damaged one.
